Flawless Execution

Flawless Execution is a organizational development and improvement model derived from the zero-tolerance environment of post-World War II combat aviation. Developed by entrepreneur, author and former U.S. Air Force F-15 'Eagle' fighter pilot James D. "Murph" Murphy, Flawless Execution adapts a plan-brief-execute-debrief process widely used in military aviation to business. Since it's inception in 1996, the Flawless Execution Model developed into a larger business model that includes strategic planning. The model focuses upon alignment between strategy and business operations, rapid planning among focused mission teams, disciplined execution, and formal recording of lessons learned.
