"Panta Rei" is the fifth studio album released by Serbian and former Yugoslav musician Đorđe Balašević. Album's is perhaps most memorable for its ballads "Starim", "Jednom..." and blues-oriented "Nemam ništa s tim". The song "Requiem" was dedicated to late Josip Broz Tito, while satire "Soliter" caricatures SFR Yugoslavia as a high-rise in which only façade still holds while foundations slide.
