HRH Prince ‘Abdul ‘Ali Yil-Kabier

Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Haji ‘Abdul ‘Ali Yil-Kabier is a member of the Royal Family of Brunei Darussalam. He is the third son of Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Puteri Hajah Masna binti Al-Marhum Sultan Hj Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’daul Khairi Waddien and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz Bin Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar. His mother, HRH Princess Masna Bolkiah, is the sister of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaulah and is the Ambassador-at-Large for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His father, Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz, was controller of the Principal of Royal Customs and now holds the position of head of Royal Protocol for Brunei.

With a keen interest in business and promoting the economic interests of the younger generation of the Brunei Royal Family, HRH Prince ‘Abdul ‘Ali Yil-Kabier co-founded a company called the Withanage Group in 2004 and recently became Co-Chairman of an Islamic financial institution called The BMB Group Ltd. He is currently involved in establishing another organisation called the Royal Islamic Council and promoting it to other Islamic ruling families.
