November 8 1968 inPoznań ), is a former Polishfootballer , who played as a defender.He spent much of his career playing for
Lech Poznań ; Kryger played a total of 17 seasons for Kolejorz (from 1983/1984 to 1997/1998 and from 2002/2003 to 2003/2004) accumulating a total of 302 matches and scoring 3 goals. With Lech, he contributed to winning 3 Polish League titles in (1990, 1992 and 1993), 3Polish SuperCup 's (1990, 1992 and 2004) plus 2Polish Cup s (1988 and 2004). He began his playing career atPatria Buk playing there one season (1982/1983). After 15 seasons at Lech, he moved toVfL Wolfsburg in Germany playing from the (1997/1998 to 2001/2002) seasons. He played a total of 126 matches and scored 1 goal. He again returned to Poznan to play where he ended up finishing his playing career. He played for the national team in 5 matches, makes his debut onFebruary 14 ,1997 during thePoland -Lithuania ). He scored his only national team goal againstLatvia onFebruary 17 ,1997 . After finishing his playing career, he became a coach. He worked as a coach forCzesław Michniewicz while he was the head coach ofLech Poznań . Later, Kryger decided to become a coach for the Lech Poznan Youth Teams.
