First time the village was mentioned in 1474. From the second half of the nineteen century the village was possessed by Drużbcki family. In 1921 there was 108 houses and 606 inhabitants.In 1938 the number of inhabitants grow up to 2 thousands. After The second Word War Ukrainian citizens were displaced.
Main sights
Fort no VII “Prałkowce” - located on the nearby hill on south-west direction of the village. Is a part of
Przemyśl fortress and was partly destroyed in 1915.Church - former Orthodox Church. The church was built in 1842. After the removal of Ukrainians church was abandoned. In sixties of the twentieth century was rebuild and turned into catholic church.
Wooden bell-tower build in sixteen century and reconstructed in 1967.
