Michiel van den Brink (23 oktober 1977) is a Dutch automotive designer born in
Barneveld , TheNetherlands . He studied Industrial Design at the Delft Technical University.Van den Brink worked as a freelance designer for several years and designed racing bicycles forJan Janssen (the first Dutchman ever to win the Tour de France in 1968).Michiel began his career as car designer atSpyker Cars in The Netherlands and performed the exterior and interior concept styling of Spyker's SSUV, the D8 Peking to Paris.In 2006 he founded his own design company
Vandenbrink Design , together with ir Robert C.A. Koumans. The first car coming to life under his own name is theVandenbrink GTO , a tribute to the 1962Ferrari 250 GTO , built on the underpinnings of theFerrari 599 GTB Fiorano .References
