King in Council (Sweden)

"King in Council", (Kunglig Majestät or short form Kungl.Maj:t or K.M:t. in Swedish) was a term used in Sweden before 1975 which referred to both the Monarch personally as Sovereign and also för governmental agencies and organisations acting on his behalf, like the Government ("The King in the Council of State"), the Supreme Court ("The King in the Supreme Court") and the Government Court ("The King in the Government Court").

Current usage

To day it is used by the chapter of the Royal Order of Knights of Sweden which in swedish is called "Kunglig Majestäts Orden" or "Orders of his Majesty the King".
