Tehran with her husband, daughter, and son. She started to write short stories at a very young age. Some of her stories were published inPersian language literary magazines likeAdineh . Her first short story collection titled "Dar Omg-e-sahneh" (In Depth of the Stage) was published in 1986. The second work was a short story collection named "Hatta Vaqti Mikhandidim" (Even When We Were Laughing) in 1999. This work has been translated intoTurkish under the title of "Exhausted from the Game". The novel of "Parande-ye-man" (My Bird) awarded Iranian "Yalda" Literary Prize along with "Qolshiri" Prize in 2002. The work was admired by Mehrqan and Isfahan Prize Jury too. After these, she published "Tarlan" and "Rowyay-e-Tabbat" (Dream of Tibet) novels in 2006 and 2007.
