Shannon Cole is a defender who currently plays in the Australian A-League for Sydney FC.

Club career

On August 15, 2008 he was signed by Sydney FC on a two year contract from Sydney Olympic. This proved to be the winning goal. Another goal the next week against Western team Perth Glory cemented his position in the team.He has recently been called up to the Australian national team.
