Construction is 2 stories, rectangular, low hipped roof with dormers recessed galerie on 3 sides supported by squarewooden pillars, front center entrance with transom and sidelights, interior chimneys, Frenchdoors and tall windows for ventilation, 12-14" insulating walls; early plumbing and wiring intact,many original furnishings. A vernacular adaptation of the “raised cottage style” well suited forthe desert climate.History
This was the second home on the same property, the original home burned down in 1915. The Bonellis owned a large ranch, general store, and jewelry store, and a meat market in
Chloride, Arizona . This property belongs to the City of Kingman and is a museum which is open Monday thru Friday.References
