KAZH is a full-service Spanish-language television station serving the Houston, Texas television market. It is licensed to Baytown, Texas and is a Spanish-language Independent station. It broadcasts its analog signal on UHF channel 57, and its digital signal on UHF channel 41. Founded June 11, 1987, the station is owned by Pappas Telecasting of Visalia, California. KAZH is repeated in Houston on KHMV-CA channel 28 and KVVV-LP channel 53.

KAZH and KHMV broadcasts from the Richland Transmission Tower in Missouri City, Texas, while KVVV broadcasts from another area of Houston.

Until June 30, 2007, KAZH was affiliated with the Azteca America network. But earlier that year, Pappas Telecasting terminated KAZH's affiliation agreement with Azteca America, effective July 1, 2007.
