"Bembexia" is a genus of sea snails, orthogastropod gastropod mollusks. This genus is currently placed in the the subfamily Eotomariinae, of the family Eotomariidae. It resembles Balbinipleura shell character. Bembexia was named by Oehlert and Oehlert (1888). It has been interpreted as herbivorous, probably grazing on algae. Their fossils are found in sedimentary rocks deposited from 340 to Ma|420, including the Hamilton Group of eastern North America. Other fossil sites include Alaska, Western Europe including the U.K., Venezuela, China and Australia.
