Jeremy Duchesne (born October 17, 1986 in Silver Spring, Maryland) is an American professional ice hockey player. Duchesne was selected 119th overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft by the Philadelphia Flyers. He currently is a goaltender for the Flyers farm team, the Philadelphia Phantoms.

Duchesne is a second generation hockey player. Jeremy's father is the late Gaetan Duchesne, and was born in the Washington D.C. area suburb while his father played for the Washington Capitals.
