Travis Cole Chick (born June 10, 1984 in Irving, Texas) is an American pitcher in the Seattle Mariners organization. He has been used as both a starting pitcher and a relief pitcher.

Career

Chick was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 14th round of the by|2002 amateur entry draft. In by|2004, he was traded to the San Diego Padres, who subsequently traded Chick and Justin Germano to the Cincinnati Reds for Joe Randa on July 23, by|2005. On July 6, by|2006, he was again traded, this time to the Seattle Mariners for LHP Eddie Guardado and cash considerations.

Chick was assigned to the Double-A San Antonio Missions. He was called up to the Mariners in September and made his major league debut on September 13, 2006.
