Joe Williams (footballer) (born in Dublin) is a former Irish football player.
He joined Shamrock Rovers F.C. in 1934 from Bray Unknowns F.C. where he had played since 1929.
Williams won one international cap for the Republic of Ireland national football team against Norway in a World Cup qualifier at the Ullevaal Stadion on the 10th of October 1937 [http://www.soccerscene.ie/sssenior/player.php?id=472]
