Level of Care Utilization System

The Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) is a widely used instrument for determining the appropriate level of service intensity for persons with mental illness. It is published by the American Association of Community Psychiatrists and distributed by Deerfield Behavioral Health in Eria, Pennsylvania.
