"Best Kept Secret" is the fourth album by Scottish singer Sheena Easton. It was released in 1983 on the record label EMI.

The album peaked at #33 on the U.S. Pop Chart and also peaked at UK #99. Includes the hits, "Telefone (Long Distance Love Affair)" (US #9, UK #84) and "Almost Over You" (US #25, UK #89). Another U.S. hit from the album was "Devil in a Fast Car" (#79).

It was reissued in 2000 on One Way Records, adding the hit duet "We've Got Tonight" with Kenny Rogers{US#6, UK#28).
