MC Devvo

MC Devvo (real name Christian "Crust" Pickup) is a satire rap artist and a popular fictional Chav from Doncaster, England and also Hull, England. He is best known for his documentary style videos which he makes in a collaboration with the Salad Fingers animator David Firth.

Crust met David Firth at school and started working together on numerous amateur animated projects along with David Ellis in the 'Foyf, Ellis and Pickup' team. Pickup does voice acting on many of Firth's productions.

He has made numerous music videos and released an album with fellow musician Shady Piez on the fatpie records label. [www.fatpie.com]

Interviews with Devvo have appeared regularly on E4 and BBC3.

He uses the aliases "Crusty Creshfield", "Crust Crustofferson" and "Darren Devonshire".
