Ihor Tuhay (born
22 March 1975 ) is a Ukrainianhammer throw er.He won the silver medal at the 1994 World Junior Championships. He competed at the 2005 World Championships and the 2008 Olympic Games without reaching the final.
His personal best throw is 79.46 metres, achieved in July 2008 in
