KidCast

KidCast as in Kids Broadcast

KidCast was coined by Peter H. Rosen for a new school installation called Creativity Cafe for the Children's World Peace Festival on May 19, 1995 when an email was composed and distributed asking for participation in a Teleactivity called "KidCast for Peace; Solutions for a Better World" that asks children to make art describing how to bring more peace, love and beauty to our world.

The multipoint video conference and artists showcase has connected educators and students around the world. The project has been produced 20 times and received support from major corporations and has enjoyed significant online and printed press.
