Gezon Auditorium

The Gezon Auditorium is the main performance space for the Calvin Theatre Company at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Gezon was dedicated in 1974. It is located on the main level of the Spoelhof Center. The auditorium is equiped with a 26' turntable on the stage, a motorized front curtain, three motorized electrics grids, a suspended tension grid, a computerized lighting system, and a flexible sound system. The Gezon also has a green room, men's and women's dressing rooms, and easy access to the scene shop through large loading doors in the back of the auditorium. The Gezon is located right next door to the Lab Theatre and the two performance spaces share certain amenities like washrooms and refreshments areas.
