Sir Thomas C. C. Western, 3rd Baronet

.

He was born in 1850, the only son of Sir Thomas Sutton Western, 1st Baronet, and educated at Eton and Christ Church, Oxford. After serving in the 2nd Life Guards, he became a Justice of the Peace and later Deputy Lieutenant for Essex. He succeeded his father to the baronetcy in 1877.
