Nawab Khwaja Hassan Askari Bahadur (1920-1984) was the titular Nawab of Dhaka and a Pakistani politcian. Hassan Askari, as he was commonly known, was the son of the last Nawab of Dhaka, Khwaja Habibullah, and grandson of his famous grandfather, Sir Khwaja Salimullah who was the fourth Nawab of Dhaka.

Hassan Askari joined the Indian Army and fought during the second world war in the Burma sector. Apart from being head of the estate Hassan Askari was also engaged in politics, a tradition of the eminent political dynasty of the subcontinent that he hails from. He was the head of the Convention Muslim League in East Pakistan. Hassan Askari was also elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan on the Basic Democracies system during the rule of President Ayub Khan.

After the emergence of Bangladesh in 1971 Hassan Askari left Dhaka and settled in Pakistan where he died in 1984.
