Company History

Halisa Air (Haitian Aviation Line SA) was founded in April 1995 by Ronald Madsen. It operated mostly between Port-au-Prince, Toussaint Louverture International Airport (PAP) and Miami International Airport (MIA). It was a passenger charter operator.
