Kim Manning is a west coast singer/songwriter, activist, dancer, reality persona, and actress. Kim was born in Ponca City Oklahoma and moved to Santa Rosa and then Los Angeles September 11th, 2001. Kim relocated to the Bay Area in 2007. Kim began studing classical voice and violin at 6 years old and went on to study at the University of Tulsa and the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts.Since joining George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic, Kim has worked with such artists as The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Snoop Dogg, Macy Gray, Mike Gordon, Norwood Fisher, Michael Franti, String Cheese Incident, Garaj Mahal, Papa Mali, Everyone Orchestra, and many more.

Her 2006 LP “The Love and Light Activation”, produced by Brian Kehew (Fiona Apple) highlights Kim’s 41/2 octive voice in a style, a fusion of Funk, Jazz, Rock, Reggae, and features such players as George Clinton, Norwood Fisher, The Benevento/Russo Duo, Nate Oberman (Snoop Dogg), Eric Mcfadden, and Wally Ingram.In 2007 Kim was released on George Clinton & the P-Funk All-Stars How Late Do U Have 2BB4UR Absent?.Most recently Kim has been released on Shanachie Records with George Clinton and His Gangsters of Love. Kim sings on the song "Let the Good Times Roll" with The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

As triple talent (singer, actress, dancer, musician, and model) Kim been seen on TV as Rod Stewart’s piano player, on the The Bernie Mac Show, Boston Public, and “The Man Show”. She was also seen as “Peaches” on VH1’s “Flavor of Love”. She is starring in the feature film "Room 33", is featured in Washburn/Oscar Schmidt’s ad campaign, and was chosen by Terry Russio (Pirates of the Caribbean, Shrek) to be the cover of the Reveal Designs Bikini Calendar.She was picked by Relix Magazine as Artist on the Rise. She was also profiled in both the August and September 2006 issue of Hightimes Magazine, and in the September 2006 issue of Details Magazine.
