Celypha cespitana is a moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in the Palearctic ecozone and the Nearctic ecozone.

The wingspan is ca. 15 mm. The moth flies from late May to September. ref|flight_season.

The larvae feed on various herbaceous plants.
