Jambonette

Jambonette is a French culinary term for chopped pork and bacon enclosed in rind, moulded into a pear shape and cooked. ["Larousse Gastronomique" (2001)] It may also refer to stuffed ham or poultry leg. [http://www.duvine.com/speakfrench.html]
