The Forester "(Adscita statices)" is a moth of the family Zygaenidae. It is found in Europe.

The wingspan is 25-28 mm. The moth flies in sinshine from mid May to early August.

The larvae feed on various species of Rumex, such as Rumex acetosa and Rumex acetosella.
