It was released on February 29, 2008. This would be the 19th mixtape with DJ Kay Slay, and contained exclusives, freestyles and remixes, with production and guest appearances by Pete Rock, Kay Slay, Remy Ma, Ray J, and C-Murder. It also included the bonus freestyle track of The Notorious B.I.G.'s, 'Who Shot Ya', which would also be a direct diss to rapper Uncle Murda who just got shot, allegedly by the NYPD.
