Five of London's leading medical research organisations and healthcare providers are forming what they estimate will be the largest academic health science partnership in
Europe . Their intention is to deliver improvements in health for patients in London, and around the world throughtranslational research . The partnership will support an estimated 3,500 scientists, senior researchers and consultants. It will treat more than 1.5 million patients each year and have a annual turnover of around £2bn.
