"Season of Poison" is the upcoming second studio album by American band Shiny Toy Guns. On August 5, 2008, bassist Jeremy Dawson announced through the band's MySpace that the second studio album was complete and is set to be released on November 4, 2008. To advertise the new album coming out, Shiny Toy Guns have been releasing viral videos. These videos are about 30 seconds long and feature snippets of songs. The newest video is titled 'When did this storm begin'.

On August 22, 2008 at 8:57 AM, Jeremy Dawson sent out an email containing a link to an mp3 of their new single, "Ricochet!".
