Micshinestryke

Stryke is a young lyricist from Long Island, New York. His initial leap into the hiphop game came from the Brooklyn based record label, Star Recordings. He hooked up with CEO Alan Macenat at the young age of 18 (while still in high school), thanks to a classmate passing along a mixtape to a family member who lived in the borough. The business relationship lasted from 2003 until 2007, releasing various projects from Stryke, and featuring his crew known as "Mic Shine Entertainment" or simply, "Mic Shine".

In 2007 however, Stryke departed from the indepedent label and signed with another, "All Business Records" - the home of crew members Sense Wondah, Artifakt, and DJ Spyncere.

His debut mixtape, "The Rebirth" was just released through All Business Records - and is available for FREE DOWNLOAD @ http://www.allbusinessrecords.com. In the meantime, you can hear Stryke on his group member's projects. Stryke is well known on the Long Island hiphop scene, and was recently crowned the "July 08" open mic champion @ The Cop Shop (Long Island's home of hiphop). August 11th 2008, he made his rounds to a few radio stations - Strong Island Hiphop Radio (1240 AM), and directly after onto 90.1 Street Fm (Stonybrook). Stryke has been on various other radio stations, and made countless mixtape appearances.

Currently, he is working on his debut LP which is scheduled for an early 09 release, courtesty of All Business Records.
