rcdb_number= 460 The Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain is a wooden roller coaster at Indiana Beach in Monticello Indiana. It was the last coaster Custom Coasters International finished. The ride uses an elevator to go up and has a mine like theme. CCI built the cars because of how close the mountain and tracks come. 8 people ride in a car. There are two separate sections of each car where four passengers face each other. The car is enclosed.
The ride goes through a fake mountain several times. The fake mountain was originally used for a dark ride. The dark ride went through the mountain in the dark where lights would turn on to show animals in the mountain.
The Lost Coaster is not fast and does not have big drops, but shakes a lot. The Lost Coaster may be too rough for some people.
