Gizhigin Bay

Gizhigin Bay or Gyzhigin Bay (Gizhiginskaya Guba) is a wide bay off the northwestern coast of Kamchatka, Russia. It is an upper left arm of Shelikhov Bay in the NE corner of the Sea of Okhotsk.

The settlement of Evensk is located on the shores of this bay.

The Pacific herring is common in its waters.
