(2009)Album No 2 is the working title of the second studio album set to be released in
2009 by theFulham based rapper, Example.Example has noted through online blogs that the genre of the second album will be a departure from that of his previous work. Although he has not specifically stated his new style, the style of his recent live shows as well as many of the tracks on his most recent mixtape hint that he is now working in a more dance-based, new rave orientated style as opposed to that of two-step hip-hop. As well as his long-term producer and DJ, Rusher, he is known to be working with other producers such as
Hervé (DJ) and DutchmanDon Diablo who, given their electrobeat style, also point towards the new album style. The first single is planned to be "Girl Can't Dance" which uses a sample of David Bowie's "
The Jean Genie ". The single is currently being played onBBC Radio One exclusively.Track listing
