2 April 1972 ) is an Italian pop singer,songwriter .Maler is a refined Italian singer-songwriter who combines poetic language, electronic sounds and popular tradition. Dell’ora o del mai (Irma Records), his debut album produced and arranged by Giancarlo Di Maria, is full of exotic atmosphere and has the evocative power of travel. Like a “Corto Maltese in love”, Maler crosses deserts and seas creating little worlds pulsing with visions. His personal style has earned him important prizes such as the one for the best emergent author awarded by Siae in collaboration with Club Tenco and the one awarded by Festival di Musicultura. His song "Demone del tardi " was played for a long time by Fiorello and Baldini on W Radio 2, the most popular Italian radio programme, allowing Maler to be known and appreciated by a large audience. He is currently working at his second cd.Cronology
2000/2002: he publishes some satiric articles and cartoons on Linus, Malox and Zero in Condotta (Italian magazines)
2002: as singer-songwriter start a new co-operation with the Bolognese arranger Giancarlo Di Maria
2003: partecipate in San Marino Festival with the song "Carmelita"
2004: with the song "Difficile l'amore" he became a finalist in "Premio De André"
2005: at the studio "Parametri musicali" in Bologna (Italy) recorded the album "Dell'Ora o del Mai", arranged by Giancarlo di Maria
2006: in springtime, "Demone del tardi" is one of the most aired song during the Italian radio programme Viva Radio 2, with Fiorello and Marco Baldini. The song is included in the compilation "Viva Radio 2 - 2006"
2006: on My 3rd and May 9th Fiorello and Baldini (Viva Radio 2) meet him in their radio programme. Both times he sings "Demone del tardi" with Enrico Cremonesi band
2006: Maler wins the famous recognition Siae/Club Tenco
2006: On Dember 1st his first CD “Dell’ora o del mai” is released on IRMA records label.Other than on Cd, the full album is available for download from the main music center web sites (iTunes and Amazon.com)
2007: He performs at “Mantova Musica Festival” in the context of "Le Alternative di Qualità".
2007: On July, 12th as guest at the cult radio program “Notturno Italiano” conducted by Ida Guglielmotti on Radio Rai International.
2008: He’s guest of a tribute Cd titled “Bruno Lauzi e il Club Tenco” released from the label Ala Bianca.Maler performs the song "La donna del Sud" on lyrics of Bruno Lauzi, arranged by Giancarlo Di Maria. Maler band in this project is: Daniele Bruno (keyboards), Alex Musio (bass), Luigi Pistillo (guitar), Roberto Russo (drums), Thomas Sinigaglia (accordion).
2008: Maler CD "Dell'ora o del mai" is released in Ucraina from the record company Winner Records in Kiev.
