Toni Neal

Toni Neal (born Tanisha Yarndriciaes Dolores Neal on February 17, 1976) is an Emmy Award-winning broadcaster.

She got her start as an intern at WJLB-FM in Detroit in 1992 while attending Cass Technical High School. Born in the inner city of Detroit she was place into foster care and remained there for 14 years; until she went to Alabama to attend Oakwood College. During her education she hosted shows at WOCG-FM, WJAB-FM as well as WEUP-FM while working at WAFF-NBC in 1996-2000. She would later get ovarian cancer, thus stunting her career.

After her recovery she moved to Atlanta to work as a producer for WGCL-CBS in 2001. At WGCL she worked with former CBS network anchor Jane Robelot and former CNN anchor Andrea Arceneaux. In 2003 she moved to Metro Traffic Networks where she became a traffic anchor for WSB-ABC, Sirius Radio, WVEE ("V-103FM"), and WAOK-AM.

She would later decide to leave the Television and Radio industry to raise her 5 year old daughter. She now works as a BCC for Microsoft and continues to be an advocate for the Foster Care Industry.
