Neil has previously played rugby in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and The Cook Islands. He currently has three caps for his adopted Turks and Caicos Islands. Neil was a driving force from number 8 for the Turks and Caicos at the Canadian-American Rugby Tournament at Saranac Lake in 2008.
