Rainbow Productions was an American motion picture production company based in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. The company was founded by Academy Award-winning film director, screenwriter and producer Leo McCarey in 1944 along with partners Bob Hope, Bing Crosby and Hal Roach, Jr. Leo McCarey was the company's chairman.

The company is best known for producing the popular 1945 film "The Bells of St. Mary's", but it has also produced other films, including "Good Sam".
