Alexander Gould Barrett (November 17 , 1866 — March 12, 1954) was an English cricketer who played for Somerset. He was born in North Curry and died in Galmington.

Barrett made a single first-class appearance for Somerset, against Cambridge University at Cambridge in 1896. He scored six runs in his first innings and a duck in his second, both times being bowled by Horace Gray.

Barrett was a lower-order batsman.
