Adam Hauck is a writer, producer, and director, living and working in Los Angeles, California.
Biography
Adam Hauck studied creative writing at
San Diego State University , and briefly pursued a career in journalism before moving to Los Angeles to work in television and film production. Adam quickly found work as a writer and producer on the nightly FX talk show, "The X-Show", then later worked onComedy Central 's "Beat the Geeks", and several reality TV shows, including MTV's "Road Rules" and NBC's "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?" In 2004, Adam made his feature film debut, writing and producing the documentary [http://www.homecomingmovie.org HOMECOMING] , which he made with long-time producing partnerGeorge Cawood . [http://www.homecomingmovie.org HOMECOMING] went on to enjoy an award winning festival run before finding a home onPBS . Some of Adam's recent work can be seen in the DVD documentary features he has written and produced forGary Ross 's Seabiscuit,James Cameron 's Ghosts of the Abyss,Joss Whedon 's Serenity, andJoe Carnahan 's crime thriller Smokin' Aces.
