Fidel Rubagumya

Fidel Rubagumya, bon on 25/01/1987 in Uganda , came back to his homeland on 21/08/1994 and started his primary school continued his secondary school at lycee de kigali and now in National University o Rwanda in faculty of medicine,he was Rwandan youth ambassador to SouthAfrica in 2004 and in 2006 He was selected as the first chairperson of DSE association and now is the current leader of HIO which is a world wide organisation that is studying the increase of HIV virus in Rwanda mainly in Butare.
