Peter Wakeham

Peter Wakeham

Peter Wakeham (born 14 March 1936 in Kingsbridge, England) was an English footballer who played for Sunderland as a goalkeeper.

Club career

Wakeham joined Torquay United after graduating from their youth team in 1953. He made 58 league appearances for the Devonshire team and left for Sunderland in 1959.
