The Indian Himalayan Region (IHR) is a mountain range that spans ten states of India namely, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura as well as the and hill regions of 2 states - Assam and West Bengal.
