Jaroslaw Bialek (born February 22 1981 in Więcbork, Poland) is a Polish football player who currently plays for St. Patrick's Athletic F.C. in the FAI League of Ireland Premier Division.

He signed for the Saints from Polish side Zagłębie Sosnowiec on the 29th of July 2008 for an undisclosed fee.
