FC Metalurh Donetsk Reserves and Youth Team is a reserve team of the Ukrainian professional team, FC Metalurh Donetsk. The club competes in the Ukrainian Premier League Reserve competition.
The club initially competed in the Donetska oblast competition as FC Metalurh-2 Donetsk.
In 2001 the club was entered into the professional leagues to compete in the Druha Liha C.
