The Tawny-barred Angle "(Macaria liturata)" is a moth of the family Geometridae. It is found throughout Europe.

The wingspan is 22-27 mm. The length of the forewings is 11-13 mm. The moth flies from May to September ref|flight_season.

The caterpillars feed on coniferous trees such as Scots pine.
