The Peacock Moth "(Macaria notata)" is a moth of the family Geometridae. It is found throughout Europe.

The wingspan is 28-32 mm. The moth closely resembles the Macaria alternata. The moth flies from May to June ref|flight_season.

The caterpillars mainly feed on birch.
