Tyne Consort - Quartet & Early Music Ensemble

Tyne Consort is a Quartet come Early Music Ensemble based in the North East of England. The Group was established by senior members of South Tyneside Youth Orchestra in June of 2006. Originally, Tyne Consort was a Early Music Ensemble, with a large Baroque repertoire, and in late 2007 was consolidated into a Quartet, losing some members to University etc.

The quartet has since progressed to playing some of the most technically and musically demanding Quartet works of the classical period. Tyne Consort is available for your every occasion, Functions and Weddings etc. More Information can be found at the official website, linked below.
