Anisha Nicole Gwynn, (born
August 8 ,1985 inSan Diego, California ) known best by her stagenames Anisha Nicole and Nee-Nee Gwynn, is an R&B/hip hop pop-artist. Her father isTony Gwynn , formerMajor League Baseball player for theSan Diego Padres and current head baseball coach forSan Diego State University . Her brother,Tony Gwynn Jr. , is currently an outfielder with theMilwaukee Brewers . Her uncle is formerMajor League Baseball playerChris Gwynn .Gwynn released her first single in 2003, "No Means No," which peaked at number three on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart and also ranked sixteenth on the
Billboard Hot 100 Singles sales. In 2005, Gwynn released her first album, "19," on her mother's recording label, Base Hit Records. Her father wore jersey number 19 for the Padres.Anisha Nicole Gwynn is a notable graduate of Poway High School (2003). She attended California State University, Northridge (CSUN) in the Northridge neighborhood of Los Angeles. before she decided to pursue her musical career full-time.
As of 2005, Gwynn lives in Los Angeles to be closer to the recording industry.
